Podiatric Surgeon
I was born and raised in Southern California, where I graduated from UCLA and earned my Bachelor of Science degree in physiological science. Shortly after completing my undergraduate degree, I moved to the Bay Area to begin my podiatry training in San Francisco. Sports have always been an interest of mine, so after completing my surgical training, I did a one-year fellowship in sports medicine and surgery at the S.O.A.R Medicine Associates. During this time, I was able to work with all types of athletes, ranging from recreational to college and even professional levels. As a result of this experience, I have tailored my practice to treat all patients as “athletes”, with goals of getting them back to their desired level of activity as soon as possible.
Outside of my professional life, my family and I enjoy living an active lifestyle. We spend weekends at the soccer and softball fields and vacations traveling and exploring the country. We are heavily involved in supporting youth sports. Aside from holding board positions on local swim teams and softball leagues, I’ve been fortunate to coach my daughter’s softball team for the past 8 years.
